Overview

The heart of the protocol is a matchmaking engine powered by artificial intelligence. It will have continuous in-depth data analysis which learns about the skills and talents of individuals worldwide. It then goes a step further and suggests skills/talents to employers which may add value to their concept. The concept sounds very similar to LinkedIn, though their whitepaper states they shall be working together.
